Hi!  I’m Nathan Lambert, Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and owner at Renu Osteopathy + Wellness

While completing my Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice at the National Academy of Osteopathy, I started to become more aware of a severe lack of attention, education and intentional care surrounding women’s pelvic health. After travelling to Chicago, IL to study with Dr. Mercier who has spent her entire career focused on supporting women’s reproductive wellness; I began my journey of listening and learning how I could best support and advocate for the women in my community!

Supporting women through the various stages of life hit home for me as the 3 most important and THE STRONGEST women in my life, were left struggling; feeling helpless, with no answers or options other than more drugs and or invasive procedures when it came to their pelvic health concerns.

My parents struggled with primary infertility for years. My mom tried everything they had available to them, enduring regular medically assisted cycles through their OBGYN, and multiple IUI attempts at McMaster, leaving her with nothing but unanswered questions. 

I have watched my sister endure years of debilitating period pain, all while being told that it was just apart of being a woman. Meanwhile she was living with undiagnosed endometriosis.

After an extremely traumatic labour and emergency c-section, I witnessed my partner/rock star momma have her health and recovery completely overlooked.  Zero rehabilitation or guidance after MAJOR surgery, with the full expectation of her to just “bounce back”.

I refuse to let these real life superheroes have their health be put on the back burner. That's why I do what I do.

Since directing my focus towards women’s reproductive wellness I’ve furthered my continuing education in obstetrics, cranial sacral therapy and urogenital recovery.
